Do you replace our current software or integrate with it?
It depends on what works today. We almost always start by integrating with what exists (databases, Excel, APIs, WhatsApp), and the new system runs alongside the old one for the first months. We only replace what's holding the operation back.
What happens to the years of history in our previous system?
We migrate it in full and verify it against the previous system. At FUNCUAN we migrated more than 100,000 clinical records and more than 500,000 attached files, and counted table by table until the new system matched the old one.
Do you use artificial intelligence with our patients' data?
No, unless the project requires it and you approve it in writing. When we use AI it's through commercial APIs that don't train on your data, and the assistants we build for healthcare never diagnose or prescribe. They always refer to a consultation.
