Production writes on one sheet, the warehouse on another, dispatch in a notebook, and invoicing retypes it all. At every handoff between teams a figure gets lost or changed, and the error shows up on the customer's invoice. We build the system where every team writes to the same record.

Do any of these sound familiar?
Data gets retyped by every teamWhat production records isn't what the warehouse receives, and what the warehouse ships isn't what gets invoiced.
System inventory doesn't match the floorNobody knows who changed it or when, and every count ends in an argument.
The invoice doesn't match what shippedOne gauge for another, a mistyped length, and the customer notices before you do.
Receivables and machinery live in spreadsheetsYou find out late who's behind on payments and where each piece of equipment is.
What we've already built for industry
Plant traceability
Perfitec, steel profile manufacturer
Data was retyped by every team and invoices went out for the wrong gauge. Today production, warehouse, dispatch and invoicing share a single record:
Every pallet is weighed and traced from the moment it leaves production until it ships.
Inventory is kept in pieces and is the sum of its movements. Nobody edits it by hand, and every adjustment is logged with its author.
The invoice is built from the actual dispatch, line by line, and a confirmed dispatch can no longer be altered.
Running on the plant floor since September 2026.
Receivables and operations
Team Alord, financed land sales
The whole operation lived in spreadsheets. We built a multi-module ERP: land lots, a credit portfolio with payment tracking and delinquency alerts, finance, machinery and documents, with role-based access.
A diagnostic inside your operation. We follow the real path of the product and the data, from production order to invoice, and mark every point where something gets retyped today. It ends with an architecture, a phased plan and a firm quote.
An early working pilot. You see the flow running with your products and your data before investing further.
Starting from real inventory. We load your master data and an initial physical count. From then on, inventory is the sum of what gets recorded.
Production and ongoing operations. We support the go-live with your team. After that we watch the system, back it up with tested restores and make the changes the plant asks for.
Your data, under your control
Dedicated infrastructure on ISO/IEC 27001-certified providers or in an account in your company's name, role-based access, change logs, encrypted backups with tested restores and an NDA before we start. The code and the data are yours.
Does it replace our accounting or e-invoicing system?
Not necessarily. Your accounting and e-invoicing can stay in the system you already use; what we build is the operational record that doesn't exist today. In the Diagnostic we define how the two connect.
Does it work on the plant floor?
We design screens for the people who use them: operators on tablets, warehouse, dispatch. And where the signal doesn't reach, we can build offline operation that syncs when it reconnects, like the one we built for FUNCUAN's field patrols.
What happens to the inventory we have today?
We start from your master data and an initial physical count, loaded into the system. From that moment inventory is the sum of recorded movements, and every adjustment carries its author, so the next discrepancy can be explained.
How long does a project take?
It starts with a Diagnostic from COP $4,000,000, credited against the build if you continue. Building a platform with several modules usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to production, with an early working pilot.
